Step-by-Step
1. Score 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card stock at 4-1/4"; fold away from score line to create card.
2. Use Big Shot and embossing folder to add texture to front of card.
3. Use Sahara Sand ink to stamp trees image (Winter Woods) on 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" Whisper White card stock. Mix a small amount of Iridescent Medium with water in a Stampin' Spritzer and spray on a little glitz. (NOTE: This is very subtle, but gives the effect of gently falling snow.) Allow to dry for a few minutes, then adhere to Sahara Sand 3-3/4" x 3" card stock. Wrap a length of Linen Trim from back to front and tie in a knot as shown. Use tweezers or scissors to slip a Glue Dot behind the knot to secure in place. Adhere this piece to front of card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
4. Use Big Shot and Framelits Dies to cut leaves. Slip under Linen Trim and adhere over trees as shown with Liquid Glue or Glue Dots. Paint leaves with Wink of Stella.
5. Stamp sentiment (Timeless Tidings) with Basic Gray Ink. Punch out with Everyday Label Punch. Adhere over leaves with Stampin' Dimensionals.
NOTE: For this sample, I used a Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Marker to trace around the edge of the label and the Sahara Sand card stock layer so they would show up a little against the layers beneath. We did not do this in stamp camp, and the card looked fine without it.
On the inside, I stamped the trees off to the left with Sahara Sand ink, and then stamped sentiment over them using Basic Gran ink.

Sometimes I just like to get away from the Christmas red and green and try something more subtle and peaceful like this . . . . I hope you enjoy the card!
