Christmas Countdown 2018 - Day 8

Today's stamp camp put me behind a few hours on posting my Day 8 project.  This one comes to you courtesy of my friend Chris Pereira.  Chris made these sweet little tags in her November class at the Longmont Senior Center.

Materials

Stamp Set
* Signs of Santa

Paper
* Garden Green card stock (5-1/2" x 2"; about 3" x 3")
* Real Red card stock (5-1/2" x 2"; about 3" x 3")
* Whisper White card stock (4-1/2" x 1-3/4"; 2-1/2" x 2-1/2")
* Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper

Ink
* Tuxedo Black Memento Pad

Accessories and Tools
* Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
* Santa's Signpost Framelits Dies
* Layering Circles Framelits Dies
* Softly Falling Embossing Folder
* Scalloped Tag Topper Punch
* Ribbon from Stash
* Adhesives:  SNAIL Adhesive; Stampin' Dimensionals

These super-cute tags are super-easy to make!  The only thing you need to stamp are the "To:" and "From:" images!  All of the little Santa, Mrs. Santa, and Elf shapes are die-cut from the DSP!

Use the Tag Topper punch to cut one end of the 5-1/2" x 2" Red (or Green) card stock; stamp "To:" and "From:" on the 4-1/2" x 1-3/4" Whisper White card stock, and then use Big Shot and Softly Falling embossing folder to add texture.  Adhere to Red (or Green) tag.

Cut Scalloped Circles from Red (or Green) card stock (Chris used a 3" scalloped circle die from her stash); cut Stitched Circle (2-1/2" in diameter) from Whisper White card stock and adhere to center of Red (or Green) Scalloped Circle; adhere circles to tag as shown.

Use Big Shot and Santa Signpost Framelits Dies to cut Santa, Elf, and Mrs. Santa images from DSP; adhere to Whisper White Stitched Circles with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Add a bit of ribbon for hanging cord, and you're finished!  How easy and cute are these?!
