Score 6-1/4” x 9” Old Olive card stock horizontally at 3-3/8” and
6-3/4”; fold away from score lines. Adhere
6” x 3-1/8” Whisper White card stock to center section on inside. On smallest section (the bottom flap),
measure 1” from bottom edge on left side, and 2” from right side along bottom
edge. Mark with pencil and cut
diagonally between the two pencil marks.
Place Tear ‘n Tape on inside of bottom flap next to fold line and fold
up (see photo above). This will hold the
bottom flap in place tight enough to hold the money or check or gift card in
place. NOTE: DO NOT add Tear ‘n Tape on side edges – dollar
bill or check will not fit in card if you do.
Adhere Real Red card stock to front of card; stamp poinsettia, leaves
and sentiment on 6-1/4” x 2” Whisper White card stock and adhere over Real Red
card stock. Stamp second poinsettia on
scrap of Whisper White card stock and fussy cut. Adhere over first poinsettia with Stampin’
Dimensionals, rotating a bit so all leaves show. Embellish with Gold Metallic Pearls.
Don’t forget the envelope . . . this fun card deserves another bright
poinsettia on the flap! NOTE: You can buy 6-1/2” x 3-5/8” envelopes from
your local office supply store to fit this card.
Hope you enjoy this project. This beautiful poinsettia will make your gift card or cash or check that much more special to the recipient!
