This cute packaging is wrapped around a regular size Hershey's Milk Chocolate bar. Ok, face it, it's just a chocolate bar -- but the beautiful packaging lets the recipient know you cared enough to fancy it up for them! Plus, you can raid and reduce that stash of designer paper!
Materials
Paper
* Any designer paper (5-1/2" x 5-1/2" for wrapping; about 6-1/2" x 1" for bow)
* Contrasting design (5-1/2" x 2-1/2" for band)
* Whisper White or Very Vanilla card stock (about 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" for tag)
Accessories and Tools
* Stampin' Up! Bow Builder Punch (retired)
* Stampin' Up! Designer Label Punch (retired)
* Adhesives: Tear 'n Tape
Instructions
Easy peasy, 1-2-3!!!
1. Wrap 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" designer paper around the candy bar and secure on the back with Tear 'n Tape (or whatever double-sided tape you have on hand); repeat with band.
2. Punch a label (any label shape will work) and adhere over the band.
3. Punch out and assemble the bow; adhere near top of label. If you don't have the bow punch, any purchased bow also would be cute!
Finished in a flash!!!
You can make a pile of these and have them on hand to give your UPS and USPS delivery folks, your garbage pickup guys, your hair stylist, etc. If you want to give more than just the candy bar, slip a gift card or cash under the band. Personalize by writing names on the tag.
