Christmas Countdown 2018 - Day 21

Today's project is a pillow box featuring the Detailed Poinsettia Thinlits Die.  This one is filled with Hershey's Miniatures.  See details below.

* Itty Bitty Greetings
* Sheet Music background stamp

Paper
* Vellum card stock
* Mossy Meadow card stock
* Silver Glimmer Paper
* Whisper White card stock

Ink
* Crumb Cake Classic Stampin' Pad
* Real Read Classic Stampin' Pad

Accessories and Tools
* Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
* Detailed Poinsettia Thinlits Dies
* Sprig Punch
* Classic Label Punch
* Pearlized Doily
* Silver 3/8" Metallic-Edged Ribbon (about 3")
* 5/8" Burlap Ribbon (about 2-1/2")
* Frost White Shimmer Paint
* Stampin' Spritzer
* Adhesives: Glue Dots; Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Retired Item
* Red Glimmer Paper

* Pillow Box*
* Rubbing Alcohol

* I used a pillow box from my stash; Stampin' Up! also sells pillow boxes that are pre-stamped with a white polka-dot design.

Instructions

1.  Use Crumb Cake ink to stamp Sheet Music image on pillow box.

2.  Mix Shimmer Paint with Rubbing Alcohol; add to Stampin' Spritzer and spray on pillow box to add shimmer.

3.  Cut "V" shape from one end of Burlap Ribbon; adhere to pillow box as shown.

4.  Use Real Red ink to stamp sentiment on scrap of Whisper White paper; punch out with Classic Label punch.  Adhere over Burlap Ribbon.

5.  Punch two sprigs from Shimmer Paper; adhere to doily as shown.

6.  Use Big Shot and die to cut two sets of detailed holly leaves from Mossy Meadow card stock; adhere over sprigs.

7.  Cut ends of Metallic-Edged ribbon at an angle; fold in half at an angle and adhere to doily.

8.  Cut solid Poinsettia from Vellum card stock; cut detailed Poinsettia from Red Shimmer Paper and use liquid glue to adhere to Vellum Poinsettia.  Attach to doily over sprigs, leaves and ribbon.  Adhere to front of pillow box as shown.

9.  Fill box with a small gift or sweet treats.
