Day 7 - 2019 Countdown to Christmas

I have so many favorite cookie recipes, it's hard to choose which is my favorite for holiday treats!  I shared my Aunt Lena's filled cookie recipe last year, so this year I'll give you my yummy soft ginger cookie recipe.  My friend Marie Garmin gave me a batch of these cookies along with a copy of the recipe many years ago.  The reason I like them so much is because they're not overwhelmingly gingery . . . and they're so soft and chewy!
