Note that although some of the materials used are from Stampin' Up!, many of them are retired items. I also used some odds and ends from my huge stash of craft supplies.

- Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies (Stampin' Up! retired)
- 1/2" ribbon (from stash)
- Snowman sticker (from stash)

Instructions
1. Score white card stock at 3-1/2" and 4"; fold away from score lines. Punch each end with the Tag Topper punch.
2. Use SNAIL Adhesive to adhere bottom crimped edge of chocolate to center 1/2" between score lines. Thread ribbon through holes at each end of card stock and tie in a knot to enclose the chocolate.
3. Use Dies to cut "for you" from red foil card stock. Use liquid glue to adhere near bottom of treat holder as shown.
4. Punch scalloped circle from green glitter card stock; punch circle from red foil card stock. Adhere red foil circle to center of scalloped circle. Adhere scalloped circle to front of treat holder. Attach snowman sticker to red foil circle.
What a fun and yummy holiday treat for a special friend!
