Embossed Foil Leaf Autumn Card

For this card, I used the Big Shot Embossing Mats to emboss, rather than cut out, the detailed leaf from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies.

Materials

Stamp Set
·       Colorful Seasons (inside)

Paper
·       Crumb Cake card stock (8-1/2” x 5-1/2”)
·       Soft Suede card stock (5-1/4” x 4”; 2” x 2”)
·       Wood Textures 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper (5” x 3-3/4”; 1-3/4” x 1-3/4” – white wood; 5” x 1” – contrasting design)
·       Copper Foil Sheets (about 2” x 2” for leaf)

Ink
·       Crumb Cake Classic Stampin’ Pad (inside)

Accessories and Tools
·       Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
·       Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies
·       Big Shot Embossing Mats (see sandwich instructions on packaging)
·       Linen Thread
·       Adhesives: SNAIL; Stampin’ Dimensionals; Glue Dots or Liquid Glue

There’s really nothing difficult or magical about assembling this card – it’s simply layered as shown and uses Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up the square with the leaf.  I used Liquid Glue to attach the leaf, but you also could use Glue Dots.
