Colorful Seasons Fall Card w/Instructions

This is the card we made at my table at Stamp Camp North yesterday.  My inspiration came from a card created by Jackie Bolhuis (see Jackie's original card here).

Instructions
(NOTE: SNAIL Adhesive used throughout unless otherwise indicated)

1. Score 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card stock at 4-1/4"; fold away from score line to create card.

2. Use Big Shot and embossing folder to add texture to front of card.

3. Position 4-1/4" x 3" Early Espresso card stock as shown and adhere to front of card.

NOTE:  Click on link above to visit Jackie Bolhuis's blog and view a video tutorial of Steps 4 and 5 below.

4. Fold baby wipe in half, and then in half again and lay on top of Clear Block.  Add a few drops of each of the Cajun Craze, Cherry Cobbler and Crushed Curry Refill Inks randomly on baby wipe. This will be your stamping pad for the solid leaves.  Stamp images on the 4" x 2-3/4" Very Vanilla card stock.  Use Early Espresso stampin' pad to stamp the detailed leaf images.

5. Use Aqua Painter to add Early Espresso speckles:  Fill Aqua Painter with water and pick up just tiny bit (not even a drop) of Early Espresso Refill Ink on the brush tip.  Holding the Aqua Painter loosely, tap it against your finger or a pair of scissors or a marker or something solid to fleck the speckles onto the paper.

6. Adhere Very Vanilla card stock to front of card over Early Espresso card stock.

7. Use Early Espresso ink to stamp sentiment on 3-3/8" x 5/8" Very Vanilla card stock.  Adhere to 3-1/2" x 3/4" Early Espresso card stock.  Use Stampin' Dimensionals to add this piece to front of card.

8. Make a small bow with the 1/4" Copper Trim.  Pull trim apart to create a mesh-like fabric bow and adhere it near left edge of banner with Glue Dot.

DON'T FORGET THE INSIDE!!!

Use same process as described above to stamp leaves and add speckles to 5-1/4" x 4" Very Vanilla card stock.  Adhere to inside of card.

This is a fairly quick and super-fun technique.  I hope you'll try it!
